Hello, game dev enthusiasts! Our next mixer will be held on August 14th from 1pm to 4pm at the Ferguson Library in the third floor auditorium at 1 Public Library Plaza, Stamford, CT 06901. This will be our first in-person event since the pandemic.
The agenda for the event will be as follows:
- 1:00pm: Arrival and setup
- 1:30 – 2:30pm: Presentations
- 2:30 – 4:00pm: Playtesting/networking!
We’d like to ask all attendees to please wear masks or other face coverings during the event. Hand sanitizer will be provided for use while playtesting. Sanitizing wipes will also be provided to attendees for cleaning controllers and other devices during playtesting. Feel free to bring anything you need to demo your digital and/or tabletop games. The Ferguson Library will provide tables and chairs for us to set up on, as well as a projector to connect a laptop to.
If you have a game-related project and would like to present it to the group, please fill out the form below:

We’re looking for three to five people to present, and we’d like to ask that you limit your presentation to ten minutes. Please note that if a lot of people sign up for presentations, it’s possible you won’t be able to present this time. If that happens, you’ll be invited to present at the next event.
Keep in mind that as new details emerge about COVID-19, the number of cases, and the variants, it’s possible that we’ll have to cancel the event in order to protect our community. If we decide we need to cancel the event, we’ll be sure to make the announcement as soon as possible. So keep your eyes out for any updates on our blog as well as emails if you’re on our newsletter.
This is a unique occasion to network with other games industry enthusiasts and to see what they’re working on. Happy gaming, and we hope to see you there!
